Whatever you place your attention expands in your life.

This is because consciousness is the creative force of the universe. It has to be constantly creating.

There is no real out there, everything is an inner experience. Time and space are the playground in which consciousness creates. They have no subjective existence; they are merely the unfolding of your attention.

You project energy into your life. But there is no external life. All that exists is the energy of consciousness that projects itself onto itself.

What we experience looks like time and space, but in reality we are just creating that experience by focusing upon it.

Have you noticed how in your dreams time and space have no meaning? They are ephemeral. That is because your real existence is freed when you’re dreaming.

When you awake and put your attention back onto the material realm, then you re-create time and space.

This is the power of focus.

This power is always at work, because the power of consciousness is focus.

There is nothing else that consciousness can do but arrange ideas into patterns, which requires focus of attention. This focus of attention becomes the reality that we experience. But consciousness never switches off. It is constantly creating. Therefore it must work with whatever building blocks you give it!

And there is the secret in a nutshell. Your life is determined, mapped out and created by the conscious attention you project onto it!

If you are consciously worrying, doubting, fearing and expecting the worst… then that is the focus that creates the reality!

On the other hand, if you can focus your attention upon success, health, wealth and prosperity… than that is also the focus that creates your reality.

The truth is that most of us are somewhere between the two: There are certain areas where we are confident and in control, but others where we doubt and fear what the future holds. This mish-mash creates a life of ups and downs, where some things go right and others fail disastrously!

What we need to realise that we are not the victims of luck (good or bad) but we are the creators of everything and our focus of attention is the creative force that makes that reality possible, no matter what we are experiencing. And that experience will unfold according to the attention we give it!

Once again, the feeling and experience of success or failure comes from the mind of the person experiencing it!

Nothing ever comes to you from "out there", because there is no such place. Only in here exists, and that is the reality you have the power to forge and shape to your hearts desire!
